Multi-Link is seeking a qualified technician to add to our team of technicians. Technicians will travel to client sites throughout the Denver/Boulder metro area to provide technical support. Candidates must posses the following technical and business skills:

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Excellent customer interaction and communication skills
• Ability to provide technology support to clients with various technical issues
• Schedule and track time appropriately
• Ability to manage client expectations
• Test solutions to ensure that customers are satisfied with work completed

• Update time/customer tracking systems on a daily basis

Technical skills:

• Minimum of MCP certification is desired
• Solid understanding of Microsoft desktop/laptop operating systems, up to and including Windows Vista
• General understanding of Microsoft server operating systems, up to and including Windows 2003 and Active Directory
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Overall understanding of network topology: LAN, WAN, VPN, Wireless, Firewalls
• Exchange 2000, SQL 2000, and Access development is desired, but not essential
• Experience working with various hardware components
• Working knowledge of Linux and Unix is beneficial
